Question 1: How long shall I wait for the delivery of my Century® order?

A1: It takes 7-10 working days to deliver your order to your address within the Continental US.

Question 2: I live outside the Continental US, can you ship internationally?

A1: Yes we can ship Internationally. Contact Century at (888) 876-4544 to setup a shipping method.

Question 3: Do you provide a free delivery for my order?

A5: Yes, a free ground delivery is automatically given to every order within the Continental US.

Question 4: Can I return the box I bought?

A2: Yes. Century® gives you 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment to return. Subject to a 20% restocking fee. If damaged, contact Century at (888) 876-4544 within 30 days of receipt.

Question 5: What're the options for my payment?

A3: Century® accepts: * Check or Money Order; * Credit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.

Question 6: Can I choose to pick up my order from Century?

A4: Unfortunately no. Actually you don't have to, as Century provides a free ground delivery service directly to your address within the continental US.

Question 7: What color is the inside and outside of the box?

A6: The inside is lined with white Permalife Acid free paper which is tan and the outside is a faux black leather material.

Question 8: I'm confused about the sizing, the Century Ring Album is 11 x 11 x 2, what does this mean?

A7: We measure the INSIDE of the BOTTOM of the box.
